Founded by cleaners
Built for consistency
Mª Eugenia Ramirez
Rodrigo Luzardo
Schoon Pro was created by Maria Eugenia and Rodrigo — two people who have done the work themselves in hospitality, deep cleaning and supervision.
We started Schoon Pro because we believe good cleaning should never depend on guesswork, individual interpretation or whoever happens to be working that day.

A cleaner space can change the day
A clean space affects how people feel. It changes how a room looks, how it smells and how comfortable it feels to be there. For many people, the office is where they spend a large part of their week, and we believe that space should feel cared for. That is why we do more than clean offices.
We help teams forget about cleaning and start their day in a workplace that feels calm, comfortable and ready.
Why Schoon Pro exists
In the work we did before Schoon Pro, we saw the same pattern again and again: cleaning was often treated as a task to complete, rather than a standard to maintain.
Important details depended on memory. Priorities changed from one visit to the next. And when the usual person was absent, the office often felt like it was starting from zero.
We wanted to build a different kind of cleaning service: one with a clear plan, prepared people and real responsibility for the result. Because we have done the work ourselves, we understand what good cleaning looks like in practice — and what it takes to maintain it over time.
We do not ask a cleaner to figure out your office
Before a cleaner works independently, one of our founders cleans the office personally, tests the plan in practice and documents the standard for that specific workplace.
The cleaner is then prepared around how your office works: the space, access routines, priorities, products and what to report.
Essential tasks are covered on every visit. Detail work is planned over time. Nothing is left to memory or chance.
