You can choose to be home or not during the cleaning—whatever makes you feel most comfortable. For us, it’s the same. We’re fully professional, insured, and respectful of your space. Whenever possible, it’s helpful to have someone present the first time to guarantee access and go over any details together.
¿What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or Tikkie. If you have any questions or prefer a different payment method, feel free to contact us.
¿Do you offer cleaning for Airbnb or short-term rentals?

Yes. We offer cleaning services for hosts, including changeover cleanings. We can discuss linen handling and restocking essentials depending on your setup.
¿How is pricing calculated?

Prices depend on the size, condition, and type of cleaning.
