Schoon pro
​These terms apply to all services provided by Schoon Pro (KVK 98317695) in Rotterdam and surrounding areas.
Schoon Pro is the trading name of Mafre Schoon VOF (KVK 98317695).
1. Services Schoon Pro provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. We do our best to deliver consistent, high-quality service on every job.
2. Scope of Service The scope of each service is confirmed before commencement. Any changes during the service will be communicated and may affect the final price.
3. Access to the Property The client is responsible for providing access at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property, a call-out fee may be charged.
4. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged.
5. Damage & Liability We treat every property with care. Schoon Pro holds full liability insurance. Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of the service date. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or fragile items not communicated in advance.
6. Complaints In the event of dissatisfaction, the client must notify Schoon Pro within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a return visit at no additional cost.
7. Confidentiality All information, documents and materials encountered during service delivery are treated as strictly confidential. Our team is instructed not to access, handle or share any client information found on the premises.
8. Key & Access Security Keys, access cards and entry codes are handled with full accountability and used solely for delivering the agreed service. They are never shared with third parties.
9. Force Majeure Schoon Pro cannot be held liable for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, extreme weather or access issues caused by the client.
10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
11. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
RESIDENTIAL CLIENTS
Payment Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, Tikkie and bank transfer.
Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged at 50% of the agreed service price.
COMMERCIAL CLIENTS
Payment Invoices are issued after each service. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur reminder fees.
Recurring Contracts Recurring office contracts require a minimum of 30 days written notice for cancellation or changes to the agreed schedule.
Staff Continuity In the event that a scheduled team member is unavailable, Schoon Pro will ensure service continuity with an equally trained replacement. The client will be notified in advance where possible.
Limitation of Liability Schoon Pro will not be held liable for any indirect damages, such as loss of income or profit, arising from the use of our services.
