We review the information, ask any necessary questions and provide a realistic price indication.
You can also arrange a short office visit directly if you prefer us to see the space in person.
Short office visit
During the visit, we understand the space, access routines, priorities and how the workplace is used.
We look at the practical details that affect the service: access, shared areas, kitchen and sanitary use, floors, workstations, cleaning timing and the level of support you need. We do not make assumptions or quote on the spot.
Clear written proposal
After the visit, you receive a written proposal with the agreed scope, cleaning frequency, recurring monthly service price and proposed start date. You know what is included, how often we visit and what level of support the plan is designed to provide before anything is signed.
Founder-led office setup
Before a cleaner works independently, one of our founders validates the cleaning plan in your office personally. We test the planned time and sequence in practice, confirm the agreed priorities and document the standard for that specific workplace. The plan is finalised around your office.
Prepared cleaner handover
Your regular cleaner is introduced to the office before working independently. They learn the agreed plan, access routines, priorities, materials and what to report. This means they arrive prepared for your workplace — not simply assigned to it.
Trained backup preparation
Your regular cleaner is supported by a trained backup who also joins selected visits before they may need to cover the office.
The backup learns the space, access routines, agreed priorities and cleaning sequence, so they are ready to step in when needed. If cover is required, they arrive with the office context and the checklist for that visit.
Monthly quality review
Once a month, we review the service in your office and check that the agreed standard is being maintained. We discuss feedback, identify anything that needs attention and make sure the service continues to support your workplace as intended. If your office, team or priorities change, we review the scope with you and agree any appropriate update.
