How Our Move-Out Cleaning Works

1. We give a realistic time estimate

Before booking, you simply share the details of your property — size, number of rooms and general condition.With that information, we give you a realistic time estimate for the move-out cleaning.

This estimate includes everything needed to leave the property clean and ready to hand over, and it can be adjusted based on your priorities and the condition of the home.

2. The client decides the priorities

We always maintain a professional standard, but you choose what we focus on.

Some people want more attention in the kitchen.Others want the bathroom completely restored.Others prefer we focus on cupboards, appliances or floors.

You tell us what matters most — and we adapt the cleaning to your priorities.

3. Some tasks depend on the condition of the home

If the property is in good condition and the tasks fit within the estimate, we can include them.

If the home needs more work than normal, we simply add extra time (always confirmed with you before starting).

This is not “essential” or “surface-level” cleaning.Because of the condition of most homes, the work is naturally deep.

Outside and inside of appliances (inside included — “zero cleaning” may require extra time)
Oven (standard interior clean)
Cupboards outside
Cupboards inside (unless the client prefers not to)
Grease removal on visible and accessible areas

Shower and tiles
Toilet
Shower glass (full limescale removal)
Sink and taps
Mirror
Full limescale removal on all surfaces (not basic removal — we remove everything properly

Dusting of surfaces (high areas also included if client requests it)
Floors (vacuum + mop)
Doors, handles and switches
Skirting boards
Cobweb removal
Shelves and surfaces

These items are part of our normal move-out cleaning and do not require upgrades unless the home is in very bad condition.
