By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Services

Schoon Pro offers professional cleaning services in Rotterdam and surrounding areas. We do our best to deliver high-quality and reliable service every time.
 

2. Prices

All prices are clearly communicated before the service. Extra charges may apply for additional hours, special products, or deep cleaning.
 

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged.
 

4. Access to the Property

The client is responsible for providing access at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property, we may charge a call-out fee.
 

5. Damage & Liability

We treat your property with care. In the unlikely event of damage, please report it within 24 hours. Schoon Pro is insured, but not liable for pre-existing conditions or fragile items not communicated in advance.
 

6. Payments

Payments must be made within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur reminder fees.
 

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

Schoon Pro will not be held liable for any indirect damages, such as loss of income or profit, that arise from the use of our services.
 

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
